This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
A strange journal entry to be sure. I have been very off and on with dA for the past few months due to my work. I had been busy enough with my newspaper photography since doubling my contract early in June. Last week was definitely a weird one though. I woke up to my fifth heart attack about 5:30 Monday morning. Not pleasant I can assure you. I wewnt to the hospital by ambulance where the damn thing quit altogether for nearly two minutes. After some CPR and electric shocks from a defibrilator I came back from dead. They moved me to the Cardio-lab to correct the problem that caused the heart attack where they lost me two more times. The going out part I can't really remember too well, it was bassically like falling asleeep or passing out, but of three times I was gone two times I remember the process of coming back to life. Since I also remember my last heart attack in 2007 where they stopped my heart to end the heart attack , an event I remember quite vividly, I now know what it's like to die and and come back. I don't know if anyone out there is interested in the process or not but if people are I will describe both ends as I remember them. Enough about me though, i hope you like the truck picture and i will try to catch up on all of your work this week since i plan to spend some of the week recuperating before i hit the bricks again next weekend. Cheers, John
Always a pleasure Lucy. I love the tone of your portraits. You capture colour tones of many years ago, the fifties and sixties, in much of your work which is certainly a lost art these days. Congrats. John
Thank you You've got some very beautiful photos yourself, I'm particularly fond of your waves collection. Always have had a soft spot for the ocean. Always, L.L.

Yes, the photojournalist in me is never off. Will soon be uploading some of my award-winning and favourite newspaper/magazine captures to go with my 'art'. Put up a few cop/firefighter captures last night. Stay in focus and remember DOF on those football games in the fall.

Reacting to my environment, 360 degrees, am always focused on that next capture. RIP Tassja after 98 years of giving joy to your canine master (in dog years) following your death on July 1, 2009 in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.
